He is a true veteran in digital marketing, with over 10 years of professional work in key areas such as acquisition, customer relationship management, digital strategies for retail customers, and operations. Pietro also possesses deep expertise in regulated markets, having led FTSE listed companies such as Entain.
With years of experience in fast-paced international digital markets, Pietro joined the crypto market in 2021 as the Head of Marketing Operations for the leading global crypto exchange BitMEX prior to his appointment at Moonstake.

Chia Hock Lai is the CEO of Switchnovate, chairman of Singapore Blockchain Association,a FinTech consultancy firm that provides financial blockchain solutions, and has close to 2 decades of experience in the financial and technology industry. He has previously worked in organizations like the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and NTUC Income. He is also an alumnus of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Mr. Tezuka is Founder of Moonstake.io, and CEO of CTIA which he founded in 2017 in Switzerland and Japan. Currently, with CTIA, Mr. Tezuka focuses on promoting blockchain within the existing business structure and facilitates development with government and businesses. Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Tezuka ran number of studies in blockchain applications focused on blockchain fundaments and P2P in five major cities in Japan. Prior to this, Mr. Tezuka worked at Hikari Tsushin Co., in corporate sales, retail and business strategy.

Lisk, established in 2016, is an open source project focused on blockchain accessibility. Lisk’s ecosystem offers everyone the opportunity to benefit from blockchain technology through developer tools, cryptocurrency wallets and a vibrant community.

Morgan.

Lawrence is the CEO of RAMP DEFI, a leading decentralized finance solution that unlocks liquid capital from staked assets. RAMP DEFI is supported by leading international investors including Alameda Research, ParaFi Capital, Arrington XRP Capital, Signum Capital and LayerX Capital.
Prior to RAMP DEFI, Lawrence was the Managing Director of Hashed.Labs, a blockchain incubator that is an official partner of the Singapore government.
